Review: Specter "Re-Visiting [Characters] In This Spine-Tingling Adventure"

Book review: The Specter from the Magician's Museum

It all starts out so innocently with two friends, Lewis Barnavelt and Rose Rita Pottinger, groaning over their mandatory appearance in the junior high school talent show. But it goes awry when their magical mishaps unleash an evil sorceress bent on stealing Rose Rita's life force. Lewis must risk his own life to save his friend. These characters are based on those of the same names created by classic mystery writer John Bellairs. Fans will enjoy re-visiting them in this spine-tingling adventure.
