• 15 - Priscilla Bellairs presents “Old Book to New Movie: The House with a Clock in Its Walls” at the Emma Andrews Library in Newburyport in support of the film, The House with a Clock in its Walls [1].

September

• 20 - Marshall, Michigan, hosts a four-day premiere event to celebrate the the release of the film The House with a Clock in its Walls [2]:
• Movie premiere, Bogar Theater (7 p.m.)
• 21 - Red carpet reception at Cronin Mansion (5-8 p.m.) to include magicians and a book signing by author Brad Strickland.
• 22 - Children's tea party at Cronin Mansion (10:30 a.m.-noon).
• 22-23 - John Bellairs walking tour (2-6 p.m.)
• 23 - Street magicians, artists and entertainment, downtown Marshall (11 a.m.-3 p.m.).
• 21 - The House with a Clock in its Walls (film) released.
