This time around it's the 1991 paperback edition of The Face in the Frost. Renowned science fiction and fantasy artist Rowena Morrill created the cover published by Collier Books.

Ha, I just read this the other day. It's not a horrible cover, but it doesn't match the story at all.
Have you seen the Japanese version from the late 1980s? -That- one doesn't match the story. This one at least has the green paperweight.
